Jiangsu Guotai Fire Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for the fire protection project of plot 33 in the first phase of Chunhua new town resettlement housing in Jiangning. After several rounds of evaluation, the company won the bid with a bid amount of about 8.51 million yuan.

Jiangsu Guotai Fire Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Group. It has the first-class qualification of fire-fighting facilities engineering design and Construction issued by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development. The first phase project of Jiangning Chunhua new town resettlement housing is located in the south of No.5 road of Chunhua Street Industrial Park and the north of No.6 road of industrial park. The planned land area is about 51.28 mu, and the nature of planned land is class II residential land. The project plans to construct 8 high-rise residential buildings and related supporting facilities, with a total building area of 97000 square meters. As a part of the PPP project in the new town, the resettlement house has convenient transportation and beautiful environment. While improving the living environment of the people, we have accelerated the construction of people's livelihood facilities.
